About The Highwayman
The Highwayman was originally built in the 1700s. Today it has a been expanded with a barn style restaurant extension. Inside you will find a cosy atmosphere amongst the exposed timbers and galleried restaurant.
The kitchen uses seasonal local produce to produce British food with continental influences. Lunchtime menus also feature a selection of lighter meals and snacks.
The bar provides local real ales, an extensive wine list and a good selection of malt whiskies are on offer.
Well behaved children are welcome.
